Swift Air Mechanical and H.E. Electrical Services — two divisions of Pinnacle Company sharing one Indianapolis-area facility — needed exterior signage that gave each brand its own clear identity without competing for attention on the same building face. Midwest Signs handled the full installation: non-illuminated routed metal letters and logo marks mounted to the building's drivit fascia, plus vinyl entry graphics at the front door.

Routed Letters for Two Brands, One Building
Both companies' logo marks and wordmarks were fabricated as routed metal letters and installed side by side on the building's drivit (EIFS) fascia band. Keeping the sets non-illuminated kept the install straightforward while still giving each brand strong daytime visibility and a clean, professional read from the road — important on a shared facility where two identities need to stand on their own.

A Branded Entry, Front and Center
At the entrance, Midwest Signs applied vinyl graphics to the glass doors, putting the Swift Air Mechanical logo directly in view for anyone walking up. It's a small detail that does a lot of work: visitors know exactly whose door they're walking through before they ever reach the front desk.
